We usually ship via UPS Ground. Rates vary between about $20 and $60 depending on the product and your location. We only ever charge what we pay the courier.
Domestic shipping from our west coast warehouse in the US is typically 1-2 days to neighboring states and 4-5 days to the east coast.
All goods are dispatched In other words, if you order at any time up to midnight Pacific Time, we will ship the following weekday morning.
Unfortunately not at this time as it's not a service that's offered by our couriers.
Our automated shipping only covers the contiguous United States. If you're outside those 48 states please email us for a custom shipping quote at: hello@festprogear.com
For return/replacement of faulty or damaged items please contact our support team at: hello@festprogear.com and include photos of the issue where possible.
If you simply don't want it anymore, you can return any item for a full refund within 30 days. The item must be unused and in original condition. It must also be in it's original packaging otherwise there may be a restocking fee of up to 10%.
To arrange, please contact us via email first to get a returns authorization: hello@festprogear.com. You are responsible for return postage, however we may be able to help with discounted shipping labels should you wish.
In order to offer you the best shipping rates we don't ask for signature.
UPS or FedEx will leave the package at your premises if you are not home. However, porch pirates are a serious problem so we very strongly urge you to please use the UPS or FedEx web portal to track your package and either reschedule delivery or arrange pickup from a local UPS or FedEx location.

Owner Manuals
Plase note, some items are branded Outback Logic as opposed to FestPro and this is reflected in the documentation and labeling. This is because we took over production from Outback Logic so there will be a temporary mix of branding.
