Owner Manuals
Plase note, for 2024 some items are branded Outback Logic as opposed to FestPro and this is reflected in the documentation and labeling. This is because we took over production of a previous batch of stock from Outback Logic and it would have been extremely wasteful to dispose of products that are otherwise identical to our next batch.

What is FestPro's factory-direct shipping?
As many of our customers have specific festival dates they need gear for, there will be times where shipping direct via an express air service such as UPS and skipping the wait for ocean freight can mean the difference between getting the gear you want in time for a festival or not.
To ensure we ship to you as fast as possible, we will ship from the factory warehouse when we're out of stock in the US warehouse. We cover the difference in shipping for US customers.
How long does shipping take? What does it cost?
International shipping for our 'factory-direct' customers from point of manufacture to the US is via UPS and takes 8-12 days. If you live in a very remote area, there may be a small additional fee from UPS or FedEx. We'll let you know if this might be the case.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
How are orders shipped and delivered to Alaska or Hawaii?
How do I return an order?
If you simply don't want it anymore, you can return any item for a full refund within 14 days. The item must be unused and in original condition. It must also be in it's original packaging otherwise there may be a restocking fee of up to 10%. To arrange, please contact us via email first to get a returns number: support@festprogear.com. You are responsible for return postage, however we may be able to help with discounted shipping labels should you wish.
What if I'm not home / do I need to sign for the package?
UPS or FedEx will leave the package at your premesis if you are not home. However, porch pirates are a serious problem so we very strongly urge you to please use the UPS or FedEx web portal to track your package and either reschedule delivery or arrange pickup from a local UPS or FedEx location.
Information for Outback Logic Customers
Outback Logic is the company that previously designed and manufactured the Siesta4 tent. This exact specification of tent will now be made by FestPro, as the FestPro Sanctuary. Outback Logic ceased trading during the Covid-19 pandemic and the founder of Outback Logic is now part of the FestPro team. There is no other connection between the two companies, but as a gesture of good will, FestPro is offering full support and spare parts for all Outback Logic Siesta4 customers.
If there is sufficient demand, FestPro may also take on the Siesta2 tent design previously made by Outback Logic. However, spares for Siesta2 won't be available unless that goes ahead. We will of course keep everyone updated.
As Outback Logic ceased trading a while ago, there will no doubt be a number of customers needing spare parts such as poles or fans. We have an initial order of spares arriving in fall 2024, but we encourage anyone who needs spares to please drop us an email with your requirements as soon as possible so we can increase our supply of spares if needed.
